What services do you provide?

What do you need from the client?


We need our Business IQ Test completed, access to your P/L and an initial 1-2 hour review and deep dive into your operation.

What is the process?


Understand. Test. Implement.

  1. Our first step is to look closely at what you’re doing, what’s working, and how you’re currently running things.
  2. From what we observe, we’ll test out improved methods of operating that will reduce your costs and increase your profits.
  3. When tests give good results, we’ll help you implement the strategies we’ve tested for great long-term results and sustained profit increases.




How much does it cost?


We charge a small retainer as low as $500 and typically a 15%-20% success fee based on the goals we set and what we accomplish.




How do you charge?


The retainer is due at signing and the success fee is paid at the end of the contract. (check or paypal)




Do you help with design?


We have an awesome designer on our team who can help with anything related to design.




What do you guarantee or promise?


We guarantee to hit the goal that we set at the beginning of the engagement or you pay nothing.




How much time do I need to invest?


The initial set up will take 3-5 hours. Moving forward, 1-2 hours per week for the first month and 1 hour per week moving forward.




How much time do you spend with each client?


We typically work with clients for a period of 90 to 180 days, depending on the state of the business and the goals.




How long does it take to see results?


Usually we start seeing measurable results in month 2.




Do you help with operations?


Yes, we help with optimizing operations. We typically interview select employees and analyze your margins, revenue streams, and operations.




Do you help with sales?


Yes, we help create sales materials, channels, and processes.




Do you help with marketing?


Yes, we come up with different experimental marketing approaches based on your specific business model. Then we test, retest, and implement these new approaches.





DEFINITIONS

What is an email drip campaign?


An email drip campaign is an automated series of emails with different offers to the client that will hopefully convert them into an engagement or purchase.




What is a sales funnel?


A sales funnel is a marketing model that illustrates the theoretical customer journey toward the purchase of a good or service. It starts when a customer first interacts with you and ends with consistent after sales service.




What is CAC?


Customer Acquisition Cost. What does it cost you to get a new customer through your doors?




What is LTV?


Lifetime Value. How much will a client/customer spend with you over the course of their relationship with your business?




What is A/B testing?


A marketing experiment where groups of people are presented with different offers to see which ones convert at a higher rate.




What is COGS?


Cost of goods sold. Cost of goods sold is the carrying value of goods sold during a particular period. How much did the goods you sold cost you to acquire, store, market, and sell?




What is ROAS?


Return on ad spend. To figure this out, divide the revenue that’s produced from advertising by the dollar amount that’s spent on that particular advertising campaign.
